BDC and Liquid Capital: Traditional and Alternative sources of Financing

In this seminar, the BDC and Liquid Capital will discuss the many options and programs available to finance small-and-medium sized businesses and provide an overview on the requirements.
Topics include the following financing options:
- working capital
- accounts receivables (factoring)
- SR&ED tax credit financing.
Ricardo Pereira, Owner and Principal of Liquid Capital Finadvance, has over twelve years of international business experience providing international expansion consulting to SMEs through trade, joint-ventures and strategic alliances. Liquid Capital provides innovative alternative financing solutions to help SMEs with the cash flow they need to grow and prosper.
Emily Newark, Account Manager at BDC, has been with BDC for 3 years; working with SME’s providing highly tailored financing and consulting services. BDC pays particular attention to start-ups, innovators, fast growth companies, manufacturers and exporters. Emily is actively involved in the local business community and a dedicated Rotarian.
